Interview Coaching — 5-Session Program

Develop clarity, composure, and strategy in every interview.

This program focuses on communication strategy, self-presentation, and interview confidence. 


Through guided simulations and feedback, learners will learn to express themselves clearly, connect authentically, and leave a lasting impression — without focusing on pronunciation mechanics.

Module 1: First Impressions & Self-Presentation

  • Structuring an effective self-introduction
  • Understanding posture, tone, and eye contact
  • Managing nerves during the opening minute
  • Practice: 1-minute self-pitch with body-language review

Module 2: Structuring Strong, Strategic Answers

  • Using the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
  • Framing answers with logic and flow
  • Avoiding over-explaining or losing focus
  • Practice: Responding to “Tell me about a time when…” questions

Module 3: Confidence, Presence & Nonverbal Communication

  • Reading interviewer cues and mirroring body language
  • Using pauses and pacing to project calm confidence
  • Maintaining engagement through tone and expression
  • Practice: Video-recorded session for composure and presence

Module 4: Handling Difficult or Unexpected Questions

  • Staying calm when caught off guard
  • Turning weaknesses into strength-based narratives
  • Responding to sensitive or behavioural questions tactfully
  • Practice: Live simulation of high-pressure questions

Module 5: Asking Questions & Building Connection

  • Preparing meaningful questions for interviewers
  • Demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and cultural fit
  • Closing the interview with lasting impact
  • Practice: Simulated closing discussion and final impressions
